I am beyond excited to announce the official launch of my upcoming book, Bible and Battlefield – Book 2, which will take place on October 26 at Forest Hills Church at the Fall Craft and Vendor Show! This has been a labor of love, filled with countless hours of research, writing, prayer, and reflection, and I can’t wait to share it with all of you.
The event will run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, and I truly hope to see each and every one of you there. Whether you are a history buff, passionate about learning more about the Civil War, or interested in deepening your faith through real-world stories of God’s presence in the hardest of times, this book has something for you.
Writing Bible and Battlefield – Book 2 has been a journey of faith for me in so many ways. Throughout the process, I have felt God's steady hand guiding me, providing insight and inspiration at every turn. This book explores the intersection of history and faith, weaving together Civil War stories with timeless lessons on perseverance, sacrifice, obedience, and God's unyielding love. As many of you know, these are themes I’m passionate about, and I feel incredibly blessed that God has placed this project on my heart.
As I approached the writing of this second book, I found myself constantly reminded of God’s faithfulness in all things. While diving deep into Civil War history, I often reflected on how God's presence can be seen even in the darkest moments of our past, just as He is present in the trials and challenges we face today. There were times during this writing process when I felt unsure of the direction, yet time and again, God provided clarity and purpose. I am humbled and grateful for how He has worked through this project and can’t wait to share the finished result with you.
The book launch event on October 26 will be a special day filled with opportunities to celebrate not just the release of the book but also the deeper lessons that have emerged from this journey. Throughout the day, I'll be sharing stories from the book, discussing the research behind it, and reflecting on the key themes that I believe will resonate with readers. Of course, I will also be signing copies and would love the chance to meet with you all in person. This is a day to gather, connect, and celebrate the power of faith and history working hand-in-hand.
I truly feel that this book is an important step in the path God has laid out for me, and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share it with you. I am also so blessed to have such a wonderful community surrounding me. Your support has meant the world to me throughout this process, and I can’t wait to celebrate this milestone together.
